Academic Accommodations for Students with Disabilities
The Office of Student Accessibility Services, located in Peterson Manor, second floor, assists students who qualify for accommodations. All students seeking accommodations are required to fill out the Accommodations Request Form and the Coordinator of Accessibilities will contact you to discuss eligible accommodations. The use of self-advocacy is required, and the Coordinator of Student Accessibility will work with students on the development of these skills.
Students requesting accommodation based on specific disabilities or neurodiversities should schedule an appointment with the Coordinator of Student Accessibility Services early in the semester or term. Please email studentaccessibility@electronic-fittings.com to make an appointment. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act as amended, any student who presents documentation of a disability, or a condition warranting accommodations, will be provided with reasonable accommodations University policy is considered in the decision-making process.
Before academic accommodations can be offered, it is the responsibility of the student to submit documentation for review. The Coordinator of Student Accessibility Services will guide the student toward what documentation is required for academic, dietary or housing needs.

Request for Exam Administration
Students must submit requests for exam administration assistance 48 hours prior to the exam for academic accommodations. Exam requests should be sent to exams@electronic-fittings.com, with the student’s name, the name of the class, time and date of the exam and the instructor’s name.
Grievance Procedure
Any student who disagrees with the eligibility and/or accommodation decisions made by the Coordinator of Student Accessibility Services has the right to file a grievance/complaint. Information is available by contacting the Section 504/A.D.A Compliance Officer at (603) 899-4162.
